These Terms govern your use of NextDoorScore™, powered by SEOuP. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
NextDoorScore™ provides local-business comparison, visibility measurement, website auditing, reporting, and related tools. Search observations and scores are measurements produced from available data at particular times and are not guarantees of future search placement, customer demand, workmanship, pricing, or service quality.
Accounts and business claims
You are responsible for information submitted to your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. Claiming a NextDoorScore™ listing does not transfer ownership or control of a Google Business Profile or any other third-party listing.
Google integrations
When you connect a Google account, you authorize NextDoorScore™ to access only the Google services and scopes shown during authorization. Google services remain subject to Google's terms and policies. You can revoke access through your Google Account.
Recommendations and generated content
Audit findings, recommendations, generated copy, and other automated outputs are provided as assistance and should be reviewed before publication or implementation. You are responsible for changes you make to your website, listings, advertising, and other business assets.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid services are subject to the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented when you purchase them.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
NextDoorScore™, SEOuP, software, interfaces, and original platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content and business information you provide, subject to the licenses needed to operate the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service depends on third-party services and data sources and may change or become unavailable. Except where required by law, the service is provided without guarantees that measurements, rankings, recommendations, or generated outputs will be complete, current, uninterrupted, or produce a particular business result.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms.
