TEK Construction Group

“My daughter has been dreaming of opening her own chocolate store for many years. We finally secured a space in Dr. Phillips in July 2025. It was a small vanilla space of about 1000sf and for simplicity of renovations, I wanted to engage the services of a design/build group. A very good friend recommended TEK Construction and from the first meeting with Eriberto, I understood why she did. He was very friendly and professional and listened to both me and my daughter about the vision for the store. His design team came up with plans very quickly and had a great suggestion that saved lots of money. He even got an early start permit to begin work while the county was completing their review. The work was completed in a timely manner and the entire TEK team was fabulous the entire time. Any time we had a question, they answered it without reservation. The store opened on May 7, 2026. I would highly recommend them due to their knowledge, performance and professionalism as well as their really great personalities.”

“I don't know where to start to express gratitude and appreciation to John, Eddy, and the team from Tek! At the time of our initial meeting there had been no cosmetic work to my home in 15 years. When I first met with John to go over my list of projects I was hoping to do with a fixed budget, he was attentive, patient, and kind. He understood that I was hoping to finally make this my dream home and even more importantly understood that time was of the essence as I had just been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. At that point Tek became not only my contractor, but also my extended family. (At times I have to confess I was probably the crazy Aunt that everyone is patient with because she makes no sense.) Not only did they work to make sure I got everything on my list but also guided me in some of my choices which culminated in my home being even more beautiful than I could imagine. I never thought I could consider a new roof as beautiful, but mine truly is. Not only is it beautiful, but you can see it's built to withstand the Florida weather and insurance inspections (which I passed with flying colors and compliments to Tek.) The new wood look tile floors add warmth and color. The grout lines are perfectly laid out to where it looks like it belongs in a high-end home rather than my little 50's home. I've gotten numerous compliments on the beautiful countertops in the kitchen as well as the interior and exterior paint selection. (Thank you Eddy, for pointing out the advantages of an open concept rather than a pass-through bar- you were right! I love it!) In addition, I added a screened room to the back of the house, brought the W/D hookups from the detached garage to the main home, a new bathroom vanity, installed new appliances and lighting fixtures. The work was completed within 60 days eliminating my need for being away from home for a long period, which was a blessing because it's always better to be at home when you don't feel well. The above was what I paid for. What I did not pay for and what they offered freely was compassion, kindness, and help when there were things that needed to be done in order to do the work and I could not do them all by myself. I will always be grateful for the help. Coming back to this beautiful home that is even more beautiful than I could have imagined has been the answer to a prayer and a dream. I highly recommend choosing Tek for any and all of your remodeling and repairs as the work is impeccable and they genuinely care about their customers (and you can't put a price on that!) Better pictures to follow...”
