Vitak Lawn and Landscape

“I hired Vitak lawn & landscaping to fill & grade holes based on the referral from a guy I hired to grind out tree stumps in my yard. We all walked the property and I thought we were all clear on the work & my expectations on completion. Vitak came in filled some holes but some were missed, not graded or leveled! A quick in & out in a hurry job no doubt! Only thing that showed up in a hurry was the bill which was paid in full even though work was not completed or satisfactory! We will see if it is all made right?!”

“Seems professional over the phone and when you speak at first. But it is quite the opposite. Overcharged me for a landscaping service. Did not complete the work. I had to message back to ask when it would be done. The invoice came on time, but the work was not complete on time. Luckily the check was only for half the money so he did have to come and complete the work. He was very willing to pick up the check at a time that could work for me since my work has extensive hours, which I appreciated. For snow removal services. Did not complete the agreement. The first snowstorm he claims he “went to the neighbors”. My neighbors have contracted others who came on time and did the correct house… so I believe this was a lie based on speaking with my neighbors. The second time he came the work incomplete again. I hired the same person that performs my neighbors and am happy with the service he provided. It also costs less. And he completes the task at the correct house….”
