“We received a bid for replacing the insulation and sealing the air leaks in our attic from a company going door-to-door in our neighborhood. Since we were unfamiliar with the process, we wanted to get another opinion. On the recommendation of our realtor’s office, Ashley at McKenzie Anderson Homes, we contacted Century Insulation. The woman we spoke to on the phone, Crystal, was extremely kind and very informative. She scheduled Ryan Benson to come out in two days to take a look at our attic. Ryan showed up and was personable and professional. He wasted no time inspecting our attic and giving us some honest feedback. As it turned out, he did not feel that we needed to upgrade the insulation in attic our at this time. Contrary to the other company that it found necessary, at a cost of nearly $5000. Based on our interactions,, we would not hesitate to hire Ryan, or Century insulation to perform insulation services, and we highly recommend them to others!”
