“My grandpuppy has gone here a few times and this place used to good, however this place is the absolute worst place to go now. My daughter’s boxer mix is a fun energetic happy playful girl. My daughter or boyfriend always get an excited hyper hello when they get home from work or get a sitter over night or even a couple days but they return from vacation 10 day trip to pick her up from NC’s and she was soaked in pee, lost a bunch of weight, scared and sad looking. she Cowered as her dad tried petting her and when attempting to get in the vehicle she was unable to jump up and fell trying to get in due to weakness. Never an issue getting in before as she loves going for rides. Please DO NOT take your pet here. I advised my daughter to take her to the vet and file a formal complaint with the APHIS (state) since this horrible place is so called licensed. My grand puppy is super sad and that is not something we have had ever with her. Smiling picture is from a couple weeks ago. The other two are from pick up day.”

“My family had made reservations for a week stay for our dog over a month ago. The woman we spoke to stated they only needed our dog to have a rabies vaccine. And then confirmed it again last week. Now, the day before our trip they said we needed 3-4 other vaccines. And refused to take accountability for their employees giving incorrect information. We do NOT recommend this company!”
