“Talked to 2 different people there. Manager took her in herself.
Basically gave her a wash and handed her over. Full price for a trim and nails as well as removal of Mats. She didn't do anything but do a light bath. Blamed my dog for being high anxiety.
An old lady fixed everything for free and now does her monthly for 1/4 the cost, and a much better environment.”

“I have a new dog. Not too long ago I had brought my dog to Petsmart in St. Cloud. He was gone a few hours for a haircut and when we got him back, literally nothing was done. This time around we brought Finnigan to Knotty Paws and what a breath of fresh air that was. You get texts when your pet is ready. The staff seem excited to see your pet again. AND its cheaper than Pet Smart. My dog looks completely different "and its awesome". He got to interact with people in a positive way as well as with other dogs. I can't stress this enough. If you are looking for a great place to get a cooler summer cut for your dog, this is the place to do it hands down. Don't waste your money somewhere like Pet Smart because its a waste. Thank you Knotty Paws for getting Finn a bit cooler. He's stoked and so are we.”
