OSCEOLA AIR, ac & plumbing pros

“Use to be a great company and cared about the total product. Since they’ve expanded product has gotten terrible. Cannot commit to a time to be there to service. Family plan just means you pay them monthly. Have used them for 5 years and that’s as far as it’ll go. Last service said they cleaned my unit as part of normal services. My ac was not functioning to standard. Called them for an appointment. Was told they’d be there some time that day. Was handcuffed to my house from when they opened until 5pm when I finally cancelled. Called a new company they were out same day within 5 hours of my request. Called me outside to show me the issue. Unit was never cleaned and probably wasn’t for 2 years. When you strive for money and lose care it’s a quick downfall.”

“Justice & Evan did an amazing job. They are hard workers and deserve a raise. They are very respectful and even cleaned up after they finish. Our New system is outstanding and will save us some money. Thank you Osceola Air.”
