“They installed the furnace in my home. And I don't have any issues with the furnace. That's fine. What I have an issue with is their technician decided to put a 4-in hole through my sheathing. This is to get the exhaust outside. And I can see what he was thinking, the location of the hole made sense until you realized there was water pipes in the way. So they relocated the hole. But they literally just left the original hole wide open to the elements and pest. And it took a very long time to discover this. I had a mouse problem and I looked through every square inch of my house. I had multiple pest control companies coming here. The issue was On top of leaving a gaping hole inside of my house, they literally put insulation over it and stapled vapor barrier and then further covered it with a piece of plywood. Just to be sure I wouldn't see it. Now listen, they put more effort into trying to cover this gaping hole then it would have taken just to cover it. All they had to do was screw a piece of wood over it. The same piece of plywood they tried to cover it with would have been fine. They cost me thousands and pest remediation costs. Not a good company. The incompetence and laziness is actually unbelievable”
