“Our five year old HVAC compressor died on Friday night. On Saturday we called installer, no answer, called Sunday, no answer. Called three others…. AI or voice mail! I called Roman Sunday…a very pleasant HUMAN BEING answered and said she could have a technician here in about two hours. It actually took 1:50! The Tech was pleasant, competent, and efficient. Unfortunately, the compressor was fried! We asked for an estimate to replace the compressor and to replace the complete system. He provided a quote to repair and quotes for several different models. We were told it could be installed Tuesday. I signed the contract chosen an we had cold air by 6:15PM on Tuesday! It is not possible to tell you how pleased we are with our experience with ROMAN AIR! “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience with Roman Air Cooling & Heating After 14 years, my AC unit stopped working and I had to decide keep repairing it or invest in a new system. Even though I had a cheaper “AC guy” 😉, I chose Roman Air for the trust, professionalism, and peace of mind they offered and I’m glad I did. From start to finish, everything was top-tier. Their office team communicated clearly, and Jayson the sales rep, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options without pressure. The installation team was just as impressive—professional, respectful, and very detail-oriented. They kept everything clean and walked me through the new system and features. I’ve dealt with multiple AC companies before, and Roman Air stands above the rest. Safe to say… I’ve found my new “AC guy”! 💯”
