“What an amazing experience for both my family and my pup, Kylo! From the moment we met, she took the time to discuss everything regarding my Great Pyrenees and made sure I understood what to expect. Despite all the challenges I brought her way, she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Not only does Kylo look absolutely amazing, but she also took the time to educate me about his breed and what he’ll need in the future. I especially appreciated her honesty. This wasn’t one of those experiences where a groomer tries to upsell every little thing. She was transparent, worked incredibly hard, and truly had Kylo’s best interests at heart. Kylo doesn’t typically enjoy being groomed by anyone, but he did great with her. She explained that, because of the amount of work needed and his comfort level, it might take two sessions—and that’s exactly what we did. I appreciated that she prioritized his well-being instead of rushing through the process. Most importantly, he wasn’t stressed at all. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about the animals she works with. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a groomer for their fur babies.
