“No soap, either kind. No flea rinse. Water was extremely hot instead of cold. No warning of no soap and no flea rinse. You get into the bath and get wet. You rinse off and have to use another 15 $ to blow dry and vacuum off. A waste of 30$.
Pet Fresh did reach out to me to make up for the bad experience. They did give me money to try the dog wash again. The restocking of supplies and cleanliness of the Pet Fresh dog wash depends on the work schedule of the laundromat attendant.”

“I thought the temperature of the water was pretty warm. But there was no way to control the temperature. The wash wand is difficult and heavy to hold with one hand while trying to control a dog. Also there is no place to attach the leash while washing your pet. So if your pet isn't a fan of bathes, this wash is a bit difficult to use. Clean facility, decent place, costs similar to other self wash. I'm just giving feed back on ways to improve.”
