“I bought two hamsters from them with a 14 day guarantee return or exchange however, when I got home, one of the hamsters wouldn’t even allow us to touch it in order to transfer it to its new cage it bit my daughter to the point where she was bleeding and it won’t stop bleeding for a good five minutes I went and brought the hamster back and they refused to exchange it. They told me I was not allowed to buy hamsters again.”
