Even before submitting a bid Jake did a through look at the old deck and gave us instant feedback as to how current building codes would affect the rework package. His bid submission included the entire scope of work we envisioned; it was competitive and we accepted. The construction agreement fully listed contractor and customers requirements, descriptions of materials used and payment terms. We as customers, knowing that Jake was a full partner in our rework project, had no need to add additional input and continued with our everyday tasks during deck work time.”
