“I’ve used this company before but my last experience was disappointing. My tub faucet was dripping. I called and they were able to come out the same day. They quoted me, with 15% off, over $800. Since I trusted the company I agreed, and I didn’t know what needed to be done to fix it. They did fix it, which I do appreciate, but they were here for less than an hour. They replaced the shower cartridge, and I’ve checked and that single part is not expensive enough to warrant over $800 for less than an hour of labor from two people. I appreciate their skilled labor and that they got it done, but I’m uncomfortable with the cost considering the length of time and what was actually done. The technicians were timely, polite, respectful and transparent about pricing. I’m just left wishing I’d taken the time to get multiple quotes for a simple shower repair and probably saved myself hundreds.”

“Joe Charchar was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me very succinctly. His work was very good. He was very friendly and kind!”
