Precise Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Refrigeration, Inc.

“We couldn’t be happier with our garage heater installation! From the very first call to completion, the entire process was fast, professional, and stress‑free. Michelle took my initial call and arranged for Kenny to stop by and look at the garage and put together an estimate. Kenny was prompt and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt confident leaving everything in his and his team’s hands. On installation day, Lucas and Gunnar arrived right at 7:00 a.m. and did an amazing job. Gunnar walked us through the process, kept us informed, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. They were finished before 3:00 p.m., cleaned everything up, and—best of all—our garage now has heat! We will absolutely use them again for any future heating, A/C, plumbing, or refrigeration needs. Huge thanks to Michelle, Kenny, Lucas, and Gunnar for such excellent service!”

“We use Precise for our furnace, so went to them to replace our leaking tank water heater with a tankless. Michelle is always so helpful and kind when I call in, you can tell she truly tries to get you scheduled as soon as possible! Rick was able to come out and get a quote to me so quickly that they were able to do the install the very next morning! Gunner was able to do the whole work up to switch us to the tankless water heater in such a timely manner, and explained how the new system works so well that I felt confident with it after he left! I also liked that Kenny came out a week or so later to make sure everything is working as it should. They have all been so helpful and open with communication. Such a solid company to work with! 10/10 highly recommend!!!”
